Frequently Asked Questions

Can I just eat regular fish rather than supplementing with O3 Prime?

      Pros: I have been using fish oil for a while now, but some of the things I have experienced from it is. Less inflammation which has helped with the pain in my joints from years of lifting. It has also somewhat increased my appetite if I consume it around 10m before I eat. It has a good price to servings ratio. With the fish oil being sourced from a quality location, and having a good amount of EPA and DHA. It will really give you all you need per day.

      Cons: It is more of a “under the hood” type of supplement while there are study’s that say it can help with recovery and muscle development, i wouldn’t say its anything revolutionary to your “gains”. I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to improve there health (especially heart health). But if you are just looking to increase muscle mass creatine, protein power, and maybe a preworkout is really your best bet.

      Overall: 9.5/10 I wish the fish oil had higher levels of EPA and DHA preserving. But try it out, most people have different experiences with it and it is great for your heart health. And has many different benefits.

      Other Notes: Fishy burps will be present if not taken with food. Softgels (pills) measure out one inch long and 5/16ths wide. So they are a little big which is common for them.

      I started taking the fish oil and multivitamins from RS and I can honestly say I feel healthier and better. I have completely changed my lifestyle through exercise , diet and more sleep, but with that being said I do feel taking the fish oil In combination with the multivitamin has played a role with my focus, energy, ability to absorb nutrients given the fact I go number two better. The focus comes mainly from the fish oil I do feel sharper when taking it which is every day. Looking forward to trying the sleep aid and pre workout from RS!
